Location was great! Nice place to stay but if you have a noisy neighbor you can hear everything through the walls. Made it very hard for me to sleep.

Steps from the train station.
3 min walk from the train station. Good price. Friendly staff. Decent free breakfast. Good coffee. The elevator cost €0.10 both ways. The area is a bit sketch at night. Clean rooms.

English speakers, it may not be worth the hassle..
I'm glad I read all of the other reviews just before I got here! Don't expect the hotel reception staff to speak any English, and be prepared to move to a different "hotel". This seems to be a large building of multiples hotel-style rooms which is shared between a number of hotels. When I arrived, the entrance was not obvious as you need a passcode to get into the building (luckily another guest let me in). My fully-booked-and-paid-for reservation was nowhere to be found until the gentleman on the front desk decided to check with the other hotel across the courtyard. I then had to take all of my luggage down a few flights of stairs and back up another two on the other side of the building. Again, almost no English spoken here, a difficult check in process. On Despite this, room was clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom. Housekeeping service was good and room facilities like air con were also fine. The neighbourhood isn't spectacular, but then not much in Napoli is. This was at least walkable to the train station which is what I needed. I'm not usually a loud, arrogant traveller expecting English everywhere throughout Europe, but considering the confusion around the check-in procedure of this "hotel" it would be appreciated if there could be more of an effort made.

Nice hotel and staff with a very nice breakfast.
Main issue is the you have to walk many stairs to get to the room and lift you're luggage. It's not the easiest place to find either. However, the staff and nice and helpful and the breakfast is plentiful. Good location close to the train station and shops.

Stayed in March 16. Was a good location for transport being near the station, although difficult to find due to the building work and being inside an apartment complex. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Lift cost 10 cents to use. Large room with comfortable bed. Shower temperature was temperamental. Loud Air con system but it worked. Basic breakfast of bread,ham,cheese and juice brought to your room at a time of your choosing. Free Wifi however the signal strength again was sporadic like the shower temperature.

Great location and nice clean room.
I'm a single traveler and this was a great value for me. The door and key to the main hotel entrance took some getting used to, but the staff was very helpful.

Wasn't allowed to check in where I booked!
I cannot tell you about my stay in the hotel I booked, because when I arrived, I was told there was a "problem" and had been booked into the hotel next door (which I was told was of the same quality and standard"). There was nothing I could do, as I was stranded in a different country on a Friday night and had no other option. The hotel I booked looked lovely on the website, and the hotel next door "Cavour" was certainly not of the standard of hotel I was expecting to stay in. Whilst the staff in Hotel Cavour were friendly and accommodating, the quality of the hotel I was transferred to was not the same.

Hotel convenient for Central Station.
I chose this hotel for its convenient location near to Central Station and the bus station for a two night stay. The entrance is not right on the street but it didn't take long to find in the corner of the courtyard. The room was clean and comfortable and I would stay here again for its location which enabled me to get around Naples on public transport and explore the nearby historical centre by foot.

The hotel is more or less ok for its price. Clean room and friendly staff. We chose it because we had to leave from Naples by train very early in the morning. However I would not stay there longer. Primarily because of the nearby area...

Convenient location, economical and beautiful!
Even though areas of Naples are not what we expected we were able to retreat to Centrale Napoli for R&R, small terraces look down over the street and your rooms are massive with 20ft high ceilings and sheer beauty! Very old world chic and I would recommend it to any passer through a of Napoli!

OK for a centra location but watch out for TAX!!!!
Good central location but very difficult to find (small sign at front). Room was tidy but dated and toilet kept making very strange noises and broke once. This was quickly repaired though. Breakfast was lame with dried packet toast and dry croissants with cold coffee being offered on back to back days during our stay. On our day of departure, we asked the reception if we could leave our small bag with them for three hours and was told that this would be 'no problem'. Upon collection we were refused our bag until we paid a 'tax fee???'. We had prepaid this stay through expedia and was not made aware of this extra charge. We were not expecting to be held to ransom to get our bag back!!!
For the breakfast we have milk, coffe, cappuccino the ecc...but all hot. and absolutely no taxes for luggage deposit!!!!!!!!

Think twice about this one!
Not exactly as presented in photo. B&B is not the sole occupant of building. Location is less than desirable and we felt unsafe. We arrived late at night and the front door was locked with the sign light out. Access was gained via an intercom phone after several attempts. 3 keys were provided one for access to the building from the street, one to access the 3rd floor apartment where our room was located and one to the suite itself. The"suite" was a good size and as pictured on the website. The bathroom was ramshackle, reeking of mould, paint was peeling from the walls, the light fixture dangled from a wire at the ceiling. The toilet and sink were clean. The shower was barely functional. The suite's draperies were covered in dust and surfaces in the room were dusty.The bed and linens were clean despite the cigarette burns on the bed coverlet. The room phone and hallway phone to the lobby on the main floor were not working. The elevator appeared communal and was coin operated. The breakfast room was the lobby, which was miniscule and could accommodate only 2 tiny tables with 2 chairs each. There was a ledge on the wall at which 2 people could sit on stools. We vacated after breakfast taking the financial hit just to be out of there! We were offered another room however given this bad experience and the neighborhood, we wanted a hotel so that we had access to a restaurant rather than be walking the street after dark.

Napoli Centrali Hotel
This Hotel is good quality for the price. Close to Naples Central Railway, and easy to bus to from airport. The staff were friendly. It was fairly secure, but not in the best neighbourhood. Over all I enjoyed my stay here, and it was a good base from which to vistit historic town centre and transport to Pompeii, Sorrento, etc.

It is very near the train station
It is very near the train station but naples itself is a very dangerous city as there r lots of blacks people. The staffs are very friendly and can speak simple english. It's a very new hotel so it's very clean and big. It is very near to all tourist attractions. You could also take a train ride to visit pompei which is very beautiful and sorrento for it's clear beach.

This hotel is very close to the main train station which is what we wanted but its not a good area and you do need to be aware of this.The hotel is via a locked main door off the street and once inside it felt very secure the room was lovely and large with a bathroom plus extra bedroom we were really pleased with our choice which also included a basic breakfast we stayed one night as we went to Pompeii but as much as I liked the hotel I wouldn't want to stay in that area for very long.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Lo demás es para salir corriendo. De sucio. La ducha toda negra de moho, pero toda. Brutal, nunca había estado en un hotel tan sucio. No sé ni como está abierto.

Pessimo Soggiorno in una orrida topaia napoletana
Posto orribile, tutto sporco, doccia sudicia incrostazioni di calcare muffa e puzza ovunque, ho alloggiato nella Suite Vesuvio o meglio Topaia Vesuvio, mi è rimasta in mano la maniglia della doccia, personale inesistente cerco di contattarli sia al telefono che al citofono ma non risponde nessuno e improvvisatosi idraulico sistemo il problema da solo. Non fatevi ingannare dal prezzo basso poiché è alto in confronto a quello che troverete ovvero un orribile affittacamere il quale dovrebbe chiudere. Vi consiglio a tutti di stare alla larga e piuttosto spendere qualcosa in più ma almeno troverete la camera pulita e il bagno pulito. Andate a leggetevi la recensione che ho pubblicato su un noto sito che non posso citare il titolo è “ORRORE A NAPOLI” e capirete subito di cosa si tratta. In caso dovessi ripassare da qui piuttosto che entrare in questo vomitevole posto piuttosto dormo per la strada. Ribadisco e prego con tutto il mio cuore a chiuqnue Voglia stare qui di starne alla larga e di andare al trove poiché si rovinerebbe la vacanza. STATE ALLA LARGA ANDATE IL PIÙ LONTANO POSSIBILE

Salve, Basta leggere le altre recensioni per capire che il problema del signor Urciuoli Giorio non è stato la Suite Vesuvio ma altri suoi personali che non riesco veramente a capire. Ha dormito 2 notti nel mio affittacamere e il secondo giorno sono stato costretto a spostargli camera perché lui e la sua compagna non facevano altro che urlare e disturbare altri ospiti. Tutto questo sicuramente è stato un disturbo per loro ed ha fatto si da infierire sulla camera Vesuvio. Per far immaginare tutta la cattiveria di questo signore vi dico che ha rotto la maniglia del miscelatore acqua della doccia e io non gli ho chiesto nemmeno il risarcimento danni che a questo punto chiederò. Per la reception chiusa , questo è un altro punto da chiarire; HAI PRENOTATO IN UN AFFITTACAMERE PERCHE' PRETENDI CHE CI SIA SEMPRE QUALCUNO DEL PERSONALE PRESENTE COME IN UN HOTEL? PER TELEFONO GARANTISCO CHE SIAMO SEMPRE ATTIVI 24HSU 24 E LUI NON HA PROVATO PROPRIO A CHIAMARE PER PAURA DI AVER FATTO UN GUAIO. La mattina della partenza infatti è venuta in reception la sua Signora ad avvisare del problema ed è subito scappata portando anche con se le chiavi della camere che abbiamo provato a recuperare invano chiamandoli in un secondo momento e ci ha risposto dicendo che loro non lo sapevano stavano lì in camera. Finisco nel dire che può anche starci che una camera non sia di gradimento ma sparare a zero dopo solo 1 notte di permanenza sempre assurdo e mi costringe ad usare via LEGALI contro queste persone. IMPARA A VIAGGIARE E A CAPIRE CHE CON 36 EURO A NOTTE UNA DOPPIA IN PIENO AGOSTO NON PUOI AVERE I SERVIZI DI UN HOTEL A 4 STELLE

Schönes Gebäude, das noch vergangenen Glanz erahnen lässt. Sehr netter Herr an der Reception. Mit den Frotteetüchern sollte man sparsam umgehen, es werden keine frischen gebracht.

Right in the heart of Naples.
Hotel Napoli centrale is a hotel wich provide you with an intense sence of Naples Located near the Stazione centrale gives you many opportunities to take the metro or region trains at a very low price. The nearby streets are full of restaurants, shops, cafes and a historic sence of old Naples. Rooms are clean with fresh sheets everyday. The staff are friendly and kind in their italian way. We cant say anything bad about the hotel and would recommend to anyone who seeks italian atmosphere. Vita Bella 🇮🇹

vous expédia n'avez pas fait votre travail
arrivée 1er mai. Nous attendons sous un soleil de plomb 2 heures que l'accueil ouvre après avoir téléphoné devant l'hôtel, c'est de notre faute nous n'avions pas fait attention à la fermeture les jours fériés. Nous nous attendions à un hôtel donc avec une réception permanente et non à un bed et breakfast. Nouvelle surprise ascenseur payant. Arrivée du réceptionniste, il ne nous remarque même pas assis sur un mur de chantier devant la porte. Nous montons il nous réclame 246€, nous lui expliquons vous en avoir payé 300 petits déjeuners compris. Il ne nous croie pas, nous étions très en colère contre expédia. Il dit qu'il verra avec son collègue demain. Le collègue nous comprend mieux et nous offre les petits déjeuners ne comprenant pas que nous ayons payé si cher à expédia. Le dernier matin autre personne à l'accueil qui nous réclame 30€ de petits déjeuners, nous refusons devant notre fureur, elle téléphone à son collègue et s'excuse Il est sûre pour nous que nous ne repasserons jamais par votre site pour tous nos prochains voyages devant votre incompétence notoire.
