For a clean, modern and convenient place to stay I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was a huge plus just remember to pay in advance upon booking and reserve the evening before. The kitchen, amenities and laundry were all very accessible for anyone traveling from abroad. The staff were especially kind and super helpful with helping me secure a taxi for an early morning departure which was a huge plus. Thank you for providing such excellent accommodation - you know it’s good when both international and local folks stay here it’s a great option.

The hotel staff is super friendly, they have a wonderful coffee shop in the lobby, and the staff treats you amazingly well. We stayed in a room with 6 single beds. The mattresses definitely need improvement because they are too thin and hard, and the pillows need to be replaced. Honestly, we didn’t sleep very well, but the location is wonderful.

Wonderful staff, clean hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are slightly smaller - similar to what you would expect in Europe - but our group of 4 had enough room as we weren't in the room a lot. We would stay here again.

The location is wonderful, nice rooms, not too small, only a 5-minute walk to Nishiki market and lots of restaurants and shopping. Sanjo station (to Fushimi Inari Taisha) is a 12-minute walk and Karasuma Oike Station (to Kyoto station) is a 8-minute walk away.

**Modern hotel in a great location** The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and modern. The bathroom and separate toilet area were very practical. Our room faced an internal area, so the window was frosted and there was no outside view. The space around the beds was also a little tight for managing suitcases. Breakfast is provided by the café downstairs. The food was good, although the drink options were somewhat limited. There is also a shared floor where you can heat up and eat your own food, which is a nice touch. The hotel itself is new and modern, although the laundry facilities felt a little dated, with separate washing machines and dryers. Combined washer/dryer machines would be more convenient. The location is excellent, very close to the market and metro. We often just walked to places, and there are also some very good restaurants nearby. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel, particularly convenient for exploring the area.
