Fabulous location. Excellent, compact & impeccably clean rooms. Buffet Breakfast was a little light on options but still suitable given the hotels proximity to an abundance of dining alternatives. Staff were professional and courteous. All in all, and excellent stay.

There is a huge step up into the bathroom. Carpet had quite few marks. Staff great, needs more laundry machines always a queue. Needs to Have black t bags available.

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Kyoto! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Kyoto, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and many of the city’s top attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Everything from the lobby to the rooms was spotless and well-maintained. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping the place tidy and welcoming. Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made a big difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto!

We arrived and were immediately greeted by kind and enthusiastic staff. We stayed a total of 5 days, which half way through had room service. They had an assortment of amenities including tooth brushes, hair brushes, ext, as well as air conditioning, heating, kettle, tv, and decent size beds and rooms. They had laundry services as well. We found the surrounding area extremely easy to get to by tram or bus with a travel time of around 20min for most distance places. The city was beautiful. They had a restaurant attached, but there were so many other traditional Japanese food places to choose from. It was a really great experience. Would highly recommend.
