The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I appreciated all their assistance during my stay. This spot is right on a Main Street with a lot of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The Gion district is in walking distance too which was lovely to see during cherry blossom season. Highly recommend choosing this place if you want to visit Kyoto.

This hotel was in a great spot for a walking tourist. Not a far walk from Nishiki Market, Gion District, or the train station in Kyoto. Foot massage parlors, restaurants, convenient stores, pharmacies, and shopping were right outside the front doors. Rooms are small, but complementary toiletries were available in the lobby as well as pajamas in the bedrooms.

This hotel was at an incredibly convenient location from everything. The staff was kind, courteous and incredibly helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

A great location close to Nishiki Market and abundant shopping and dining. The rooms were typical of Japanese business hotels and had enough space for 2 people. The breakfast was inexpensive and had many homemade items to choose from. The only negative was that the beds were not very comfortable but we find this to be true at many places in Japan.
