"Amazing room, especially for the price, even as a solo traveller. Would definitely recommend (and have done to friends and family already). Great location, can see the deer from the window. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Basically an apartment, with a hob to cook on, a washing machine, just amazing. I can praise highly enough. "We had an excellent stay. We stayed at multiple hotels during this trip and this was our favorite. The room was quite spacious and well thought out with lots of places to set or hang items. It had everything we needed and was comfortable. We appreciated the water available also. The location was good. The hotel is very nice and well kept, would stay again."

"Arriving from Osaka airport, the limousine bus stops right in front of this hotel, huge bonus points for a family traveling with young kids and 6 luggages. There is a 24 hour family mart (think 7/11) at the street level of the hotel, 2nd floor connects you to the train station, 8th floor is the “restaurant row” where there is a variety of local options for dining, and there is an adjoining mall that connects to the 8th floor. The mall has some 5/6 floors and provides endless shopping from toys to clothes to home goods, etc. Cannot express enough how convenient this whole hotel complex building is. Rooms are not big but sufficient with bathtub and standing shower room (standard for Japan). Would definitely stay again."

"Location was great, only steps away from Dotonbori and the market. Staff was great, quick to help and guide us. The rooms were a bit small for us which made it a bit of a challenge with luggage. Their lounge was a good place to unwind and have a little something before bed. We had breakfast there once; it was good but I feel it was a bit overpriced. Their laundry room was awesome and super helpful for those on extended stays."
