"I chose this apart hotel because I was on an extended duration trip with family and we needed to be able to do laundry and minimal kitchen amenities. The tax for this apart hotel (not its fault) was really high -- but that's a Japan thing, not particular to this hotel. The staff were always very friendly. "The hotel was amazing! We loved our stay here. The room was more spacious than others we stayed in at Tokyo AND there was AC that actually worked! Which was much needed in July. If you use the gym, it’s very small. There is onsite laundry but you have to dry your clothes multiple times which was annoying. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again"
