"Feels amazing! Every dollar well spent! First if feels like home for an Asian when you had to remove your shoe the moment you step into the hotel. You can walk bare feet from your room to your lobby and even to have breakfast. Next, the breakfast spread is mad crazy good and value for money ITS A MUST! Remember to add the breakfast option hands down! Room is clean, toilet is great as well! Next, the public onsen for guest is also pretty chill! Would book this hotel again for sure!"

"Loved the central location to Matsumoto train and bus station. The hotel was walking distance to the castle, frog walkway, Media Garden and restaurants. The room was comfortable and loved the self-service amenities offered (toiletry options, coffee, tea). Would definitely stay again!"

"Friendly staff and their attention to details. Never refuse a request. The mixed milky onsen was really extraordinary and a very unique experience. The ladies were given a wrap around and nothing can be seen with the milky onsen. Very discreet , indeed! "

"Very easy process to self check in, room spotless, great free drinks options, excellent breakfast (would recommend getting double portion of 'toast', which is delivered to your door at specified time (you must choose order before 11pm). Great location next to lake front. Would def stay again 😎"

"Staying at La Terra Resort was an absolute dream. The atmosphere, the perfectly curated property, and the delicious meals were all wonderful—but what truly made the experience unforgettable were the people. The team behind the scenes, along with the staff, made us feel so cared for and welcomed. One of the highlights was meeting Roshan, the owner. Learning about his colorful background and how La Terra came to be added such a personal and inspiring layer to our stay. He is a man of many talents, and if you’re lucky enough to meet him during your visit, don’t miss the chance to ask about the antiques on the property—each piece holds so much history and culture. Adding to the charm are the lovely dogs who are very much part of the family at La Terra. Their gentle presence made the property feel even warmer and more like home.
