"I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was very clean and comfortable, and I especially loved having access to the swim-up bar. The beach access was also a huge plus and made it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings without having to travel far. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely consider coming back!"

"My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric San Juan Isla Verde. From the very beginning, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The team paid so much attention to my emails beforehand, where I shared that I wanted the trip to feel really special for my husband, and they truly delivered. We felt welcomed and appreciated throughout our entire stay. The pool area was fantastic, beautiful, relaxing, and always clean. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a great common lounge area that made it easy to relax and enjoy some downtime. The breakfast at the restaurant was also fantastic. Itโs definitely a great option if you want to fill up before heading out for a day trip or before making your way to the airport. One of our favorite amenities was the access to Vivo Beach Club. Having that included as an option was such a great perk and really added to the experience. We also noticed that the hotel offers car rentals and can help arrange excursions. We didnโt get a chance to take advantage of those services this time, but itโs definitely something we would recommend other guests look into. And the location is excellent. It was super easy to get an Uber to explore different parts of San Juan, and we always felt very safe in the area. Overall, we had such a memorable stay and really appreciated how thoughtful and attentive the Hyatt Centric team was. We would absolutely stay here again!"
