"An overall lovely hotel. Staff were all friendly and welcoming, greeting you with a smile at all times. The room was a good size, a lovely comfy bed, initially pillows were fluffy and not the most supportive but the staff were happy to provide firm pillows on request. The breakfast was a nice selection that varied day-to-day, but could become a little repetitive after a few days (a problem at any hotel though!). All food was well cooked and of good quality The spa was wonderful, great sized pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna and steam room and a great place to unwind with views of the city. The hotel is showing its age a little in places, but this is mainly just little aesthetic touches like little dinks or wear. Overall I’d happily stay again. "

The breakfast was amazing and the option to have breakfast brought to the room was timely and easy to organise.
