"Everything was excellent!!!!! Only one thing I would recommend. I’d like them to have option to communicate via email for the foreigners from the beginning. They couldn’t contact me on the check in day because I have out of country phone. I called them with friend’s phone to request send me check in info via email. Even that wasn’t an inconvenience but would have more easier. "

"Upon walking in, we were greeted and welcomed kindly. My friend and I had been walking for some time and the weather was hot, so we were sweating and fanning ourselves and the staff noticed this to which they then adjusted the AC. I thought this was thoughful of them as they were trying to make our experience positive. Our room was on the 8th floor and we had a view of the buildings in the area. The room itself was clean and had all the proper amenities one would need to stay in a hotel. I will say though that the lights/light switches were tricky to navigate at first, it takes some time. Other than that there is a 7/11 on the bottom floor, a laundry area with a steamer and iron, a gym, and a photobooth close to the front desk. I will be staying here in the future when visiting Busan. "

"We've stayed here multiple times at this point. The location right on Haeundae Beach, walkable to so much activity, such as fresh seafood and more at the Haeundae Market and access to the sky capsule/train at Blue Line Park, is unbeatable. Moreover, the service (shout out to Harley in particular!) is what has brought us back twice in 2 years, with his great personal recommendations for restaurants and what to do in the area. This trip, Harley took the time to help us book an airport van for our large group and assisted in ensuring the best rooms for our stay. But it was even after our stay that the service stood out. My husband had left some personal belongings, and Harley made sure they were found and dispatched quickly to our next hotel in Seoul. When the package came, it included our child's item as well, which we hadn't even realized was missing! Thank you to Harley and team for taking care of us. We'll look forward to our next stay!"
