Every single member of staff, at the restaurants, the stores, the concierge, pool and beach staff, reception staff, everyone was professional, warm, friendly, helpful. "

"Room was clean staff was very helpful . View was gorgeous. Location was perfect if you want peace and quiet . Naha central is very loud and busy . There’s few places to eat around the hotel casual spots and bus stop if in front of the hotel if you don’t have a car."

"Everything about it was amazing. Property was close to the beach, malls, aquarium. Do you need a car if you want to explore more though. But very simple to obtain an international license with hundreds of car rental places everywhere. Be careful when driving, there’s lots of small windy roads and barely any stop signs. Hotel comes with free breakfast despite saying that it needed an extra fee to pay and the food options were great. It smells nice and clean and reminds me of an all inclusive vacation to Cuba or Mexico. "

"Hotel we booked and actually where we stayed were different (within 100m distance though). Room was very small and was not suitable for family stay. They mentioned it's for 4 person stay but good for 2 person only."
