It was really nice. The inside staff were very friendly and helpful. The valet who checked us in was very nice too. The valet who checked us out was rude. But overall I recommend this hotel, and will probably stay there again next time I am in Nashville.

Breakfast was terrific, lots of choices. Room was clean. Location was good. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Hot water in the room was awful! Took a cold shower pretty much 😩
