I was charged twice to stay at this hotel and then was told it was expedia's fault. One person staying there for 3 nights had no ac and one person staying there asked for their room to be cleaned for four days and never had.

The property was wonderful. My only issue was host did not disclose an immediate incidentals charge to my card. I was only told when I checked out. The charge is supposed to be credited back to my card in 3-5 business days. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

The room was great. I enjoyed having a mini kitchen that was stocked with everything I needed to cook with. It was like having my own little apartment to myself. It was quiet. The staff was friendly. They had games and additional kitchen items you could check out to use.
