A good experience, clean safe and quiet. When issue's arose, staff dealt with them promptly and professionally. Also, excellent value for money, I'd stay again.

Nice property. Room was supposed to have a kitchen, but the only things to heat food were a microwave and a toaster. The hotel info did not make these limitations clear in the info shared through Expedia

Very clean and new property. The two front desk ladies were very nice and attentive. I’m sad I didn’t catch their names. The on-site restaurant is great, our server/host David was amazing. Will definitely revisit this hotel in Nashville again.

The hotel room was so clean and comfortable. The staff, especially the staff that assisted with the breakfast buffet, was so nice and helpful. My husband doesn’t eat pork because of his religion. I voiced this to one of the ladies assisting at the buffet and the next morning she pointed out that she had also made turkey sausage and she hopes he enjoys them. That made my family feel so welcome and we truly appreciated her kindness ❤️

Nice place to stay and we do often when intown. Unfortunately nasty odor coming from fold away. Theydid orrer to change rooms but wewere leaving when we figured it out.

We were stranded in Nashville by the snowstorm and were lucky enough to land at this property. Christy and her team were amazing, making everything continue to run smoothly. It was a perfect experience.

Super clean BUT beds are not comfy
When you come to a hotel you come to sleep. You hope it’s clean ect…our room was so very clean. Absolutely 100% clean. BUT the bed and pillows are cheap and awful. No sleep will ruin your whole stay. Never again. I wanted to love this hotel but I just can’t because the bed was awful. I gave it a 3 due to sleep being very important to me. Again, it’s very clean. everyone was great and nice.

Hotel room is clean, everything is nice. The only thing can be improved is the bed and pillows. They are too soft.

Property was beautiful and well decorated and clean except for the coffee pot in our room. It had something all in the area where you put the water. We asked for another but it was late around 10 pm. They could not provide any help because housekeeping was gone and there were no extras at front desk. A little disappointed in that.

Room was perfect had stocked kitchen if we needed plenty of towels and staff was very quick at bringing extra blankets and pillows for us.. breakfast was ok we went down at 845 and was low on things it was inly one woman working so she was a little slow getting thifns back up stocked but wre all got plenty for breakfast...My Boyfriend left his pillow there hes had it since he was young and we have filled put a lost and found online form relaly hoping we cam get some feedback and maybe one of the housekeepers set it back great overnight stay for me and my family

Tennessee Getaway
The Hilton property was extremely clean with a wonderful staff with smiles and willing to help. The only negative draw back is the hefty $30 a day parking fee. I would definitely recommend staying here when in the Nashville area.

Not too shabby
The room and grounds were nice and clean. My only gripes are the $30 a day to park your car and the breakfast bar wasnt restocked. If you didnt get there as soon as breakfast started you were left with whatever wasnt taken.

Absolutely love this hotel. The staff..omg! I cant say enough, they were so nice and accomodating. I had a convo with the new girl and she said she had only been there a few weeks/months, she worked overnight, she was so amazing and most of all when she said she loved her job I knew I was at the right place! The room was super clean, I needed extra blankets and pillows, everything was cleaned and smelled pleasing. No issues with the air conditioning and was able to connect my Netflix account to the television with no problem. The breakfast area is stellar! Even the folks in there gave such great customer service. Breakfast was complimentary. Then when I came in late that night from a long night out in Nashville, the little store was still open with a method of ringing your own stuff up and either charging to the room or swiping your credit card. They had a really great selection of snacks and frozen foods to choose from. Parking was cool and the lot wasnt full so I was able to park next to the elevator everytime making it so easy to find my vehicle the next day. I had to swipe my room key card to get into the hotel at night and to get into the parking garage...that made me feel so super safe. Just a great experience. Everything you want in an overnight stay.

I rented three rooms for a family trip. They were available early and were spotless upon check in. Had great amenities in the kitchen area. Bathroom spacious and the shower was gorgeous. We were all very comfortable. Staff was helpful beyond with our needs. I have been to Nashville several times and I would book here again.

Nice place, small issues
Nice place but they had the water shut off on a Saturday morning and we couldn't shower. I guess it is common now but they don't make up the rooms every day

The hotel was lovely and very comfortable. However; there was never fresh coffee on the 2nd floor. We were told coffee would be available round the clock. When we returned each night, there was NEVER any coffee. Not even stale coffee. Very disappointing. We also had problems with the gate in the garage. Our room cards and the parking cards NEVER worked. We had to call the desk whenever we needed to go in or come out. It was inconvenient.
