This was our first time staying here at JW. It was a wonderful stay, the staff were hospitable and friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The coffee shop staff were awesome, and it’s very convenient. Will definitely be back!

We had a most excellent time in Nashville. The J.W Marriott was among the top hotels we have ever stayed at. The location was excellent for going to Bridgestone Arena, Brodway and the County Music Hall of Fame.

This hotel definitely has staffing issues and the valet situation can be very frustrating especially when you have to wait over 45 minutes for your vehicle during peak times. We definitely did not have the experience we expect when staying at a Marriott.

While the property is very clean and has a great staff, the building and room itself had a few issues. The corner king room was lacking in walkable space as well as had very little clothing storage, only 2 mini drawers for 2 people. Additionally the kitchen grill smell from the 34th floor made it down to the 22nd every afternoon and evening, stinking up the hall and making its way into the room and embedding in the clothes in the closet. Things smelt like a campfire sadly.

You are punished for booking through a 3rd party app. You have to pay for wifi if you book through 3rd party. The food is good and the pricing is what you'd expect of a high end hotel. The staff is very professional and wonderful.
