Staff was prompt & courteous. Hotel was clean and bed and bath were excellent. Good mattress and pillows which is of utmost important to me. The hotel, however, is very, very dated. Dark hallways. Black and silver decor feels very mid70’s. Though I’m sure it’s been updated since then. Just not a fan of the moody darkness.

Our experience at Loews hotel exceeded expectations. Check-in was swift, with friendly and informative guest service. The room was pristine, featuring a remarkably comfortable king bed. It was impeccably clean and had a delightful fragrance.

Good location, walking distance to a lot in the West End area as well as to downtown. Easy access to interstate as well. Dining options were good and staff was very friendly.

I waited to get a microwave brought to my room which I’m thinking is ridiculous. The room had no actual ridge for free use when that should be basis. Even the choice for tv watch was ridiculous. I was expecting better and won’t go back.

Shuttle service was nice. Runs until 10 pm to close places. Very nice hotel. Downfall is fridge was fully stocked but not cold and no room to put my own things. Pulled out a couple waters to use the space. Never consumed anything from fridge but got charged for it. Was told bar was off limits due to a convention. Day down anyways and had a drink. HALIE WAS AWESOME BUT stopped at 530. So no evening entertainment for guests.
