Hotel was closed after having been on the road all day. No notice was sent even though the hotel suffered a fire a week before my stay. I had to scramble to find another room in a different hotel and I still don’t know if Quality Inn will issue a refund for the room that they did not have available. Not happy at all

I had a great stay. The room temp was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was fantastic! Also, the included breakfast was fantastic; scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, eagles, cereals, pastries, etc

The staff, Sherri in particular, were very helpful to us. We needed to check in early because of a funeral and they allowed us to do so. Also, I needed access to a computer and they were very helpful with that - very kind. This is a great spot and a nice hotel for the money spent.

The room was tiny , the bed made a loud bang when you got on it like a spring was letting go, hallways were falling apart, internet did not work, tv was about a 20 in screen, lobby stank like Currie powder bad, and the lobby was filthy, some 20 year old kid ( who claimed he owned the place) lol was folding towels right in the middle of the lobby, DO NOT STAY HERE

The property had a good price. I called in advance to verify my reservation, let the desk know of my service animal, and I would be checking in late (9pm). Upon arrival I met resistance and was almost turned away. Working through this check in issue I was given a room. Despite having advanced reservations I found the room was horribly under prepared. The door was left open, and the bed was completely unmade. The sheets (dirty?) were balled up on the desk. The desk clerk attempted to give me a different room, but it too was not ready. The third room was successful. However, the room was a smoking room and stunk. The hallway also heavily smelled of a sweet, musky odor. Traveling with my service animal and driving for 12 hours, this was an exhausting and unacceptable way to end the day.

We came the first time in January of '23. Everything was great minus the bed lol. However, last night Saturday, November 18, 2023, it wasn't as pleasent as last time. Not only the uncomfortable bed, but a metal siding under it making all sorts of racket each time one moved. On top of that, the water wasn't hot at all....only lukewarm. The guy at the counter said I should run the hot water for a little while and it'll get hot. I ran it for 30 mins and it didn't warm up anymore. I believe when we come back to Mt Juliet, we'll stay somewhere else from now on.

Rude welcome, crappy breakfast

Was moving across country and arrived driving uhaul truck. Pulled up to entrance to check in and was immediately confronted by some random guy, whom didn't announce himself as an employee, immediately tell me I can't park there. Like can I check in first?! And perhaps you should inform me you work here too before you start barking at me. Breakfast sucked. No fruit, only white bread, no bacon. Very little offerings and notes prominently plastered on wall stating that breakfast is dine in only and you can't take a plate to your room. Guess they're worried about guests taking too much of the nothing they offer to their room. Would not recommend.
