It was clean, and the breakfast was ok. The internet was horrible. It spooled more than it worked. The shower water was barely luke warm, so if you like a cold shower you will be happy.

Horrible night sleep. Worst mattress ever. Hard and lumpy. Metal frame, was noisy when we stood up.room need to be updated. Pillows high and way to hard. TV would not change channel. Only one available Breakfast bar - terrible coffee cold sausage.

The pool was closed when we arrived and never opened. Telephone in room never worked (I reported immediately). Room infested with black drain flies. Woken at 6:00am with dumpster truck removing trash right outside our window. Everything I tried to get help with was acknowledged with a smile and ignored. Should have read the reviews before I booked.

The area around the hotel is very nice. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Room was clean, but very small. A/C worked, but it was extremely humid. Property had some remodeling going on, but areas were not marked and there were no signs. Ceiling in breakfast area was ripped open. Parts and pieces were left sitting out on a counter. Room was not cleaned in our three days there and we had to ask for trash to be emptied and for new towels. The outside of the property was not cleaned up. Outdoor smoking area was full of cigarette butts and a dirty table that was not cleaned at all during our three days. No healthy choices at continental breakfast.

Rude welcome, crappy breakfast

Was moving across country and arrived driving uhaul truck. Pulled up to entrance to check in and was immediately confronted by some random guy, whom didn't announce himself as an employee, immediately tell me I can't park there. Like can I check in first?! And perhaps you should inform me you work here too before you start barking at me. Breakfast sucked. No fruit, only white bread, no bacon. Very little offerings and notes prominently plastered on wall stating that breakfast is dine in only and you can't take a plate to your room. Guess they're worried about guests taking too much of the nothing they offer to their room. Would not recommend.

TERRIBLE STAY!!

The bed had a metal box under the mattress that popped every time you got up and down. Wires were hanging from the lobby ceiling and there were large holes in the hallway walls. There were stains on the wall in the room and the curtains had large tears in them. The bathroom vent obviously had not been cleaned for a long time. My 4 year old found a screw in the room floor. The pool was closed with no notice on the website during the middle of summer. Breakfast was very poor with no fruit, yogurt or other healthy options available. By far the worst hotel experience in years. Only positive was the check in guy was nice. The check out guy was not.

The property had a good price. I called in advance to verify my reservation, let the desk know of my service animal, and I would be checking in late (9pm). Upon arrival I met resistance and was almost turned away. Working through this check in issue I was given a room. Despite having advanced reservations I found the room was horribly under prepared. The door was left open, and the bed was completely unmade. The sheets (dirty?) were balled up on the desk. The desk clerk attempted to give me a different room, but it too was not ready. The third room was successful. However, the room was a smoking room and stunk. The hallway also heavily smelled of a sweet, musky odor. Traveling with my service animal and driving for 12 hours, this was an exhausting and unacceptable way to end the day.

Close to Interstate, convenient to restaurants, services, and shopping. Ample luggage trolleys to facilitate check-in and check-out. Property is dated and in need of upgrade. Breakfast offerings were minimal. Coffee was very poor with only an instant coffee dispenser in lobby area. The cord to the in-room coffee maker was too short to plug in to any receptacle, rendering it useless, however there is a Starbucks nearby. The king bed was comfortable, and there were ample (yet small) pillows. It was a platform bed made of steel. The sheet metal skirt that surrounded the base, would buckle getting in or out of the bed making a horrendous metallic banging sound. Once fully in the bed it did not make the noise i.e. when turning over, etc. Difficult getting in and out of the building with luggage, etc. There are NO automatic or sliding doors to this hotel, Instead there are two sets of swinging glass doors. This made it hard to wheel the trolleys through, and/or roll luggage/carry items in and out of the building. Not a good value for the money spent. My rate (taxes incl.) was $163.52/night. The Hampton (next door) was about $10/night more, and in retrospect would have been a better choice for us. I'm usually happy to pay a bit more for a few more perks and services, and wish I had done so for our stay in Mount Juliet.

Overall, it's a decent place to sleep.

Do you need a place to sleep that has an edible breakfast the next morning? Yes? This is a good, cost-effective place to stay. It didn't wow me, but the staff was nice, accommodating, and it is a great location. The room was TINY and the TV is only in analog (no high definition). Overall, I was pleased and unsurprised with the quality. However, there were a couple of things I noticed right off the bat. First, there is a pool, but a handwritten sign said "pool is closed." This wasn't a big impact on me as I'm on a business trip and did not intend to use it. Second, I noticed a few holes cut in walls that appeared to be for repairs, but they were not covered and just opened to the hallway. Third, there are several passive-aggressive, all capitalized signs around the check-in desk about you only having ten minutes to address issues with your room after check-in and the underlying outcome was a lack of a refund if you discovered an issue beyond that ten-minute mark. Finally, large, again all-capitalized signs, in the breakfast area that you cannot take any food out of the area back to your room and that it must be dine-in. While none of these things impacted me, I could see them being inconvenienced to others, especially those with children. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay for a night or two, but I wouldn't really recommend it if you planned to stay for a decent period of time. I would look for a more upscale or larger location.

Hotel was closed after having been on the road all day. No notice was sent even though the hotel suffered a fire a week before my stay. I had to scramble to find another room in a different hotel and I still don’t know if Quality Inn will issue a refund for the room that they did not have available. Not happy at all

I had a great stay. The room temp was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was fantastic! Also, the included breakfast was fantastic; scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, eagles, cereals, pastries, etc
