It's got a lot of good points - the staff speak English (not always great but miles better than my Azerbaijani or Russian!) and are really helpful and friendly, it's got 24-hour access with a reception that is always staffed which was really useful. "Arrived, booked the family suite room. They said they had probelms and my room was unavailable and there was no more rooms available. They transfered me across town to another one of their hotels. The room was lesser quality, hair in the sink, used soap in the bathroom, somking room, I didnt ask for a smoking room. The room was old and poor quailty. Turns out they gave my original room to a wedding party, how very unprofessional and scam like behavior. Dont stay with this hotel group. They are...

"Rooms were clean and good value. There is zero soundproofing so you can hear receptions phonecalls in every room. The hotel is also up 12 flights of stairs so do consider this. There is no elevator option. "
