I didn't have a good time at all. The hotel was so overcrowded and noisy. Every restaurant was over-priced with generally poor service and okay food. A service charge of 15% is automatically added everywhere. It's impossible to get a lounge chair unless you get up at the crack of dawn and go "book" ...

Room was very clean, staff wss friendly. They seemed to have a problem with the supply of clean towels. Bar staff was excellent.

The Coral at Atlantis
Everything was on point, except all the water slides at the Mayan temple were closed without advanced notice. My family was really disappointed considering it has the main attraction which is the leap of faith slide that we were all looking forwards to.
