I like the pool, beach, lagoon but the condominium unit was terribly dirty. The booking center gave a wrong confirmation slip about the unit so we wasted time in a wrong building. The Kitchen basin was leaking so that I could not properly cook and wash the dishes.

See for yourself, rotten pillows in the closet. Tions wreak of cockroach spray, dirty and old condo rooms, don't fall for this!

Condo was horrible, no toilet paper, no soap or anything of the basic necessity you expect of a hotel accomodation. The property manager did not clean the rooms, they stunk of cockroach spray, termite droppings on the walls, dirty bathrooms, gunky and rusty toiletries. I asked to change rooms due to my elderly grandmas and parents who has respiratory issues breathing the awful fumes, when the lady in charge said there's no more rooms available but IF we pay $100 USD/P5k per room, she can find us a better one. WHAT A RACKET!!!. Beware of P1000 per person condo entrance fee, expensive food (mango shake (P240) The beach and hotels were nice, shuttle every 15 minutes, warm property staff but beware of condo rentals especially from "Floricelle". Rotten pillows in condo room closet, stinky pillows. No joke, I sound like a ranting lunatic but I literally had to rent a hotel room for my family in order to keep 'em from asthma attacks and keep my principle in not be victimized by this RACKET!!!!. Overall, this place is OVERRATED.

No lo recomiendo, mejor quedarse en hotel

El check in tardó más de una hora, la habitación no tiene papel de baño, jabono, shampoo, ni si quiera tapetes para baño, el único que había estaba roto y sucio. No estaba correctamente limpio, había hormigas en la cocina y en la cama. Para el chekout la persona de contacto nunca contestó mis llamadas para entregarle las llaves. Las condiciones de la habitación muy mejorables, las sábanas muy feas, el baño manchado. Necesita una limpieza profunda. No había wifi en la habitación. No lo recomiendo.

The units are maintained by the owners, there is a real hotel in the same location. Very good one, do not book on the Condo Hotel in Expedia, look for the Hotel only. There are further charges of around 1,500 pesos per person at entry to the complex. All fees are additional. The location is excellent and the facilities too. But the condo hotel each unit is a gamble Enjoy

FILTHY CONDO!!

Lack of communication with the owner and landlady. Front staff took 1hour to contact the owner!There were no toiletries,not even a toilet tissue. The mini fridge was so filthy and filled with rust.Same as the cooking ware. You have to pay for the towels.WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO MY FRIENDS

Pico De Loro.staycation

Relaxing place...our kids enjoy the our vacation in Pico with good beach and pool. Staff were friendly and service was great. Unexpected payment which is not posted in the time of booking. convenience store and restaurant prices is 3 times of the market price. Better to bring foods drinks before checking in.
