Gostei muito do atendimento da portaria, sempre amáveis e gentis! O café era simples mas muito gostoso! Estranhei meu quarto (B) com banheiro sem box! Uma sugestão: trocar as cortinas, pois ao amanhecer o quarto ficava muito claro! As mesmas eram pequenas na largura, frestas atrapalharam a privacidade, mas adorei a pousada!

Viagem em família. Alguns quatros, mesmo sendo da mesma categoria, aparentavam ter diferença de tamanhos. Quarto bem equipado com espaços diversos para guardar coisas ou estendê-las na parede. Ar-condicionado com um pouco de cheiro de mofo, mas dentro da tolerância. Hotel não tem muito diversidade de coisas, mas tem um café da manhã bacana, uma pequena piscina e uma laje com algumas mesas e cadeiras com vista para o mar.

A localização é boa,muito perto da praia de Ponta Negra. O quarto é grande,um apartamento com sala,cozinha, quarto, banheiro,area de serviço e varanda.Mas o banheiro nao tem cortina no box,o que alaga o banheiro todo quando toma banho e tem um cheiro ruim.Nao limparam meu quarto,so quando reclamei na segunda noite.O cafe da manha nao tem variedade, nao tem queijo, nenhum frio,só 3 frutas,2 sucos, 2 paes,ovo,uns biscoitos, 1 bolo, outras coisas e se vc acordar tarde,ja nao come muito,eu fiquei com.fome. mas os funcionários sao simpaticos. O clima é familiar.

Sempre que vou a Natal ,hospedo- me no Casa Grande. Gosto muito, aconchegante,o café da manhã é ótimo e variado. Porém, festa última vez ,algo me incomodou. Fiquei num quarto térreo, da varanda para a recepção e por volta das 4ou 5 horas da manhã não consegui mais dormi . As meninas da cozinha fizeram muito barulho durante o preparo do café... então isso atrapalhou meu sono. Do mais ,tudo ótimo!

Trivelig og enkelt hotell helt etter min smak. Stille og rolig her, du vil føle deg trygg her, og det er et supermarked 100 meter unna. Stranda er også 100 meter unna. Ikke luksus, men akkurat sånn jeg liker det. Upretensiøst, hyggelig og god atmosfære.

Hotel próximo à praia de Ponta Negra

Hotel muito bom próximo à praia de Ponta Negra (Natal RN) a 5 minutos a pé. Limpeza excelente. Café da manhã excepcional com diversos quitutes regionais (tapioca, canjica, bolo de milho) deliciosos. Suíte boa com frigobar, ar condicionado e fogão com alguns utensílios de cozinha. Pontos negativos: travesseiros muito duros e banheiro cuja porta não abria completamente (batia na pia). No geral muito recomendável.

Bom, mas pode melhorar!

Apesar dos funcionários serem muito cordiais e prestativos e também da localização e vista do mar muito boa, o Casa Grande precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos para uma avaliação melhor: - Sem box no banheiro. Poxa, é tao caro assim uma cortinazinha de plástico, para evitar encharcar o banheiro todo? - Custa colocar uns cabides? Não tem nenhum e nem local pra pendurar nada nos quartos. - Lençóis velhos, rasgados e furados, dava pra ver que já se passaram anos da aposentadoria... - Outra coisa que incomodou bastante: Vc tinha 2 posições no chuveiro - uma muito, muito, extremamente quente ou outra fervendo!...sem exagero. Tínhamos que deixar correr a água meia hora antes de tentar tomar banho. Nao sei se os canos d'água eram expostos ao sol tórrido ou se a caixa d'água nao tinha tampa ou proteção. - Café razoável, mas espaço muito apertado e banquinhos desconfortáveis, dá pra melhorar. Como disse, nada difícil ou caro de resolver para que o Apart Hotel seja uma excelente opção em Natal.

Férias em Família

Já estive outras vezes, porém, nessa estadia ficou um pouco a desejar. O apartamento não tinha o mesmo conforto, o cheveiro e fogão estão precisando de manutenção. Também solicitei uma rede, mas não recebi. O hotel é bom, os atendentes também. Não posso esquecer do café da manhã que estava muito agradável. Espero que possam resolver os problemas citados e que possamos nos hospedar novamente, mas desejo um quarto mais confortável.
