Brilliant and Exceptional

Exceptional hotel in Natal Brazil. The services at this hotel was brilliant. Swimming pool bar that I will never forget. The staff at this hotel are world class. They have the best people in all areas of the hotel.

Nice hotel, but the cleaning is not good enough for a 5 star rating. Food is great, great pool and just at the beach! Cleaning of the room didn’t happen for 2 times so we had to call the reception for 5 times before even give us towels.. The room was cleaned at 19:00 hours, way to late.

Gorgeous and peaceful hotel in Ponta Negra

The hotel is beautiful, with wonderful ocean views. The several pools (some heated) are surrounded by trees and different kinds of plants. The staff is very polite and helpful. They make you feel at home and bring small sweet treats and a free bottle of water to the guests every day. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

This is a great place to spend a vacation. I was using the resort for work purpose and it's lovely! For my fellow American folks, this is a lovely place to spend a vacation with your family and loved ones. The downside is that they English is almost non-existent and very limited! Otherwise, I would rate my stay at full 5 stars!

Excellent hotel and service. Only 3 years old. Great pleasant helpful staff. Nice bed , room, bathroom. Ac was “wick” , called the front desk and immediately fixed nice and cool. The city is shifty. lots of poverty and prostitution, baggers at restaurants. Beaches nice.

On the fifth day of my stay (and mind you up to that point they never were THAT KIND) the generator caught fire, we were left at the lobby of the next door hotel. I had to FETCH MY OWN TAXI (no staff from the hotel helped me, thanks GOD I AM VERY FLUENT in Portuguese) and find a hotel at 2 in the morning. FOUND ONE by chance and HAD TO PAY for all the taxis, for my new hotel accommodation and asked the fire fighters for help to get my stuff out my room and the HOTEL.

O atendimento DEVE ser melhorado para ser “luxury”

O check in estava previsto para às 14h e recebemos a chave do quarto com praticamente 2h de atraso, sob a justificativa de que não havia quarto disponível. Não tinha manobrista específico, pois a pessoa que estacionava/guardava o carro era a mesma responsável por levar as malas até os quartos, então ele precisava ficar se dividindo. Enquanto isso, o carro ficou parado na frente do hotel, em uma rua “comum”. Ainda não precisei sair com o carro, mas acredito que eu tenha o mesmo problema para ir embora, já que é a mesma pessoa que faz tudo. Além disso, fiz 2 reservas diferentes e por algum motivo não explicado, o outro casal que está em viagem conosco recebeu um quarto bem superior. Se a reserva é a mesma, ambos quartos deveriam ser iguais, considerando que não foi fornecida nenhuma informação a respeito da diferenciação dos quartos. Por fim, quando fui pegar toalha para a piscina, fui informado que não havia mais nenhuma disponível e que eu teria que ficar sem ou esperar. A toalha chegou 2h depois que eu estava na piscina. Precisei esperar para sair, pra não ficar todo molhado nas dependências do hotel. Por outro lado, o quarto é extremamente confortável.

Quarto muito confortável, mas o chuveiro é ruim, e dependendo do horário, não esquenta. Internet da tv bem ruim para assistir streaming. Área da piscina antiga, e relativamente suja devido ao excesso de folhas, não é nada demais. O ponto fraco do hotel é sem dúvidas a alimentação. Restaurante muito fraco, o buffet do jantar é praticamente a mesma coisa todo dia, os pedidos a lá Carte demoram uma eternidade e o café da manhã básico. A comida não é muito boa, razoável no máximo. Eu não voltaria.

Beleza e Conforto, mas com Pontos de Atenção

Eu e minha esposa nos hospedamos no Vogal durante 5 dias para comemorar nossa lua de mel. Tivemos bons momentos e algumas dificuldades. O Vogal é lindo, muita natureza, super silencioso e um conforto excelente no quarto. O café da manhã e excelente. Os funcionários são atenciosos e os garçons da manhã eram os melhores. Mas tivemos algumas dificuldades que nos faz pensar em não voltar: a) enviei uma pergunta no momento da reserva online que até hoje não obtive resposta; b) no momento do checkin nos colocaram em um quarto baixo (com visão parcial do mar) e não houve sequer tentativa para mudar de quarto (mesmo pagando a diferença); c) liberaram o quarto e quando chegamos o mesmo ainda estava em limpeza (desorganização); d) o ar condicionado do quarto estava fixo em 24 graus e nos informaram que em alguns quartos tinha esse defeito - um absurdo para um hotel 5 estrelas. Tivemos que solicitar manutenção 22h para conseguir dormir; e) o frigobar parou de funcionar e somente 2 dias trocaram o equipamento; f) fizemos somente 1 refeição a la carte no hotel, pois além de muito caro a expectativa não foi atendida. Optamos por jantar alguns dias em outros restaurantes. Adicionalmente, para a gerência, poderiam avaliar um atendimento melhor para quem opta por ficar na praia. Nas piscinas seria importante treinar melhor os garçons - em um dos dias 4 deles estavam "jogando" dentro do bar molhado sendo que haviam hóspedes na piscina. Um excelente hotel, mas necessita atenção!
