The staff are very warm and welcoming. The rooms are cozy and the bed is so comfortable. Absolutely loved my stay here. Also very much like the wide tea selection. Would totally stay here again!

Where to start! Amerindia has a very happy and welcoming vibe and they aim to please. Nothing is too much trouble. The room was very cosy and comfortable. Lovely restaurant. Fantastic breakfast too. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Jair and Norlly. You were both very kind and helpful. Loved our time in Puerto Natales!!

We were really impressed with the hospitality here! Norlly is fantastic. I hadn’t stayed at a “hostel” before, but my son has many times in Europe, and this was nothing like that. It felt more like a cross between a cozy bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. We originally booked because my son is 6'5", and most hotels only offered only one double/queen bed or two twins, which wouldn’t have worked for us. We were able to store our bags for free while doing the O Circuit, which was a huge help. Norlly is incredibly kind and goes out of her way to make sure all your needs are met. Breakfast was really good as well.

Perfect place to stay!

A very unique, quaint, comfortable accommodation in a perfect location! The new owner Norlly was very welcoming, friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations, tours… She is gradually updating the entire property. We arrived early and she kindly had a room made ready. Breakfast was very good (eggs included- omelette was yummy! There is also a lovely lunch/tea room here. Coffee & tea were always a available as was a common fridge to use. Beds, linens & towels were clean & of good quality. We would highly recommend staying here! We would definitely return!
