"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I travelled with my two boys, and we absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt warm, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were so kind to my boys and even helped carry our luggage up and down the stairs, which was such a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. "The room needed refreshed. Marks on the walls from suitcase. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was loose and hanging sideways. Bathroom shower would flood the floor every time it's used. Bathroom trash can lid didn't function. Floors in the room needed to be mopped. Walking on the floor without socks on our feet would get filthy. Daytime reception staff was excellent and attentive. Evening reception staff was not attentive. No explanation of how to use the sauna and steam rooms was...
