"We had a really great stay at Taj Mahal Tower. The moment we arrived, the entrance felt grand and welcoming, and it set the tone for the rest of the visit. My parents absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. There were so many options and everything tasted fresh. It was honestly one of their favorite parts of the stay. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was so warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. The hospitality felt very personal and thoughtful, which made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back."

These days, too many hotels of this calibre tend to cater primarily to a business clientele and disappoint in terms of quality of breakfast, gym facilities, and overall hospitality. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with plenty of fresh and tasty options each morning. We really enjoyed our king room with an ocean view. It was comfortable, clean, and the view made it extra special. The location isn’t the best for shopping or restaurants within walking distance, so we used Uber to get around most of the time. It was easy enough, though. Overall, my partner and I had a wonderful stay and would happily return."

"Shared dorm room for 6 so quite a busy room. Cleaned everyday, room stayed cool in the heat. Lovely atmosphere and the guys on reception really helpful for organising money exchange, buses, eSIM and answering questions. Hotel is right in Colaba and by India Gate, 25 minute stroll to the Wankhede cricket stadium for the T20 World Cup. Fantastic time in Mumbai and the hotel ticked all the boxes. "
