The Sofia Hotel

"This Historic Hotel is very nice. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Close to plenty of food options and entertainment. Staff is awesome and very accommodating. Now down to a not so satisfying part of this hotel. The rooms are small and the air conditioning needs some much needed improvements. For small rooms as they are the air conditioning does not work well. We had to switch rooms and then later in our second room ask for a fan in which they did for us. With the fan the room was very comfortable. TRUVA is a restaurant on property and is very nice. It’s on the pricey side but it is good and their bar is outstanding. Don’t let the comments hinder you from visiting this very nice Hotel from the air conditioning issues. Hopefully they will get this resolved. We really did have a very nice time there. Also, the rooms are very quiet. Other than the passing of emergency equipment they are very quiet."
