He gave us helpful tips navigating DC, gave us a list of places to eat; was just overall helpful and patient with our questions. The hotel was very clean and pleasant overall. "This was a long term place. It was comfortable, clean and well kept. The staffing was more like a landlord so not always accessible and they put the luggage carts up at night which was not convenient for us. "
