"Always nice to stay here. Our go to B&B. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was immaculate. Very comfortable bed. Fabulous facilities.
Pity the breakfast option wasn't available (due to unforeseen circumstances) but there are plenty cafes, restaurants etc on the doorstop that do the job just as well. "

Grand Hotel Sunderland
10/10 Excellent
"Hotel Staff were Very Nice. Parking/ Car Park is accessible. The bedroom was nice but maybe on the smaller side. The bed had a few back marks on the sheets.
One downside to being next to the sea is that you can hear the seagulls all night but this isn’t the hotels fault. No coffee or Tea in the room.
Good Stay!"
"Have stayed here 3 times in the last few years. A wonderfully spacious hotel in every respect.
Excellent service from staff, especially the Polish lady at the checkin counter and Lynn at breakfast.
Free parking at the football stadium opposite the hotel.
I love the walk-in shower. Modern and slick. I love the teak wood furniture in the room. The lightings. The pillows. The strong wifi. Etc.
Will stay here again in the near future."

"This was our 2nd stay at the Seaburn Inn and are planning our 3rd. The staff are so friendly and so lovely.
The rooms are so comfortable and so clean. We highly recommend this hotel and the food well it just tops it off 😋 x"
"Delightful beach front hotel. The outside belies the comfort inside.
New Bistro style restaurant is excellent, great food & an extremely comfortable room . Friendly & professional service . "
"The Sunderland Holiday Inn staff were wonderful. I had a bad fall at the theatre and when I got back they couldn’t have been more kind and helpful, especially Kieran. He offered to take me to A&E but I did not want to go. He bathed my wound and found a plaster for it. I cannot remember the name of the other receptionist but she was equally as kind and helpful. If there one downside, it was that the bedroom was very cold and had limited refreshments. Apart from that the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay immensely."
