"Lovely clean hotel, warm welcome upon arriving. Room was spotless. Breakfast both days was faultless, again staff were fabulous. Would stay again, 100%"

"The breakfast is ok for the price of the hotel . Staff are very friendly, parking is safe. When we asked to refresh the room after our second night stay, the only thing they did was to change the towel but didn’t vacuum the carpet nor clean the toilet. "

"Spacious room, comfortable bed, very clean, nice view of the waterfront. The food in the pub was great and the breakfast was plentiful. Great stay. "

"There was no heating on during my stay; the room was cold. The TV on the wall had no nearby socket to plug it into. The lamp on the table had no socket to plug it into. Two of the pictures on the wall were shocking. The curtains were back to front: the right side faced out, and the lining faced the room. Moreover, they were really thin with lots of human hair between the lining and the curtain. "

"The Margaret Suite (room 8) double room was really good. Four poster bed and a fridge in the room. It’s the first floor bay window at the front of the building so you can see the sea. Apart from arrival, I didn’t see staff again. The room was clean and the room was quiet. The Expedia booking confirmation from the hotel starts with “Unfortunately…” and goes on about what you can and can’t do and their right to change the price. It’s not very welcoming so I’d recommend changing that. "
