"Room and buidling didn't feel clean or comfortable!"

"What a great hotel in a great location! Easy walking distance to so many local attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself is beautiful. They have a helpful and friendly staff and the rooms are spacious and very clean! The process very reasonable for a city hotel like this. I would highly recommend The Windsor Suites and will definitely stay there again! And our little four legged companion that joined us agrees! "

"Room provided great view of the river. We appreciated the ample onsite parking. We found breakfast buffet options a lot better than the dinner options. We were surprised that there was only one rolling desk chair in the room but no club chair for a 2 queen bed room. It seems like a small thing until you have a senior guest that needs sturdy seating. Front desk was unable to provide a chair upon request. We requested a bulb for the floor lamp that wasn’t working and are still waiting. They offered complimentary coffee bar and concession shop coupons for the inconveniences. Staff seemed a little stressed; most pleasant was the porter who took our luggage to our vehicle. Overall not a bad stay, but would definitely expect more from the Hilton brand name."

"The staff were super helpful and professional. The room was very spacious. However, the property is seriously no frills — a bunch of lockers for luggage storage, vending machines that didn’t work, no convenience store or coffee nearby. Unadorned cement floors in the room. Kind of dusty. People use the hotel to throw parties — it was extremely noisy overnight. Not a good place to go with kids or if you’re looking for peace and quiet, esp on a weekend. "

"Though we would like the ADA accessible double queen to be a bit larger to accommodate a wheel chair, we appreciated the shower/bath handles, low heights for hangers, and close vicinity to the elevator. There are also lots of power outlets for your devices! From Front desk to room service, to security, every staff member we encountered was always kind, above and beyond friendly, and helpful."

"Honestly if they had the tv able to mirror my iPhone I think I would’ve had an even better time. Because I wasn’t able to do that and they didn’t offer any other options than to watch regular tv that’s all I watched when I was there. "
