"We stayed here for a weekend while visiting friends in Rota. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. No contact with anyone in person, given codes to access the room etc which was fine. its very central and there are plenty of places to get a coffee for breakfast just outside the main entrance.
Only issue for us was noisy guests returning at 3am.
I would happily stay here again if I was visiting again as it suited us perfectly.

"Cuidado con el depósito ya que suelen quedarse con él por cualquier motivo, además de mentirosos. Ya sabes si fajas un depósito de 200€ es muy probable que busquen cualquier excusa para no devolverlo.
Llevo esperando 2 días a que me argumenten la supuesta rotura de una nevera, cosa que es falsa, pero como tienen tu tarjeta, pueden hacer lo que quieran con ella.
Me reitero cuidado con este alojamiento. "

"No me gustó que pidan un depósito de 300€, en particular porque ESA CUANTÍA NO ESTABA INDICADA EN LA INFORMACIÓN DE EXPEDIA.
Hay apartamentos en planta baja (no lo sabía y me asignaron uno con ventanas a patio). Aconsejo indicarlo si se prefiere en otras plantas."
