"Our stay at the Crown Plaza was amazing. Such beautiful staff, the restaurants were fantastic. Cannot fault the food. The only criticism is that there was no oversight of children swimming in the adults only pool. Whilst having families is a wonderful option, the adult only areas should be respected for those of us needing a break from little ones.All in all this is simply a fabulous venue with the most divine staff to make you feel welcomed. "

"Our stay at The Terraces Denarau was nothing short of exceptional. The apartment was spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well thought out – every little detail had been considered. From the crisp, clean linen to the super comfortable beds and pillows, we slept so well. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, making it not only luxurious but incredibly convenient. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. Staff were kind, helpful and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is unbeatable – right across from the Port, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and tours. The onsite café was fantastic, offering delicious meals and drinks at very reasonable prices. Even the little things stood out – our daughter grabbed a packet of lollies at reception that was cheaper than at the mini-mart across the road! There’s no lift, which didn’t affect us, but worth noting for others. All in all, amazing value for money and a refreshing, peaceful end to our Fiji holiday. Highly recommend, We’ll definitely be back. "

"The resort is beautiful with lots of tropical trees & flowers, feels like you’re in a jungle on the beach! The staff is the highlight because they’re so nice & accommodating! They go above & beyond to help the guests! They even let us stay the day at the resort for free after our check-out. We had a late night flight so they held our luggage for us while we enjoyed the beach, pool, kayaks, bar, restaurant, & even let us take a shower in one of their bungalows before taking a taxi to the airport. We booked the 2-bedroom apartment because it’s the only rooms on the beach with a private pool. We went for our honeymoon so it was worth the upgrade to us, even though we only used 1 bed out of the 4 beds that were in our bungalow. We were blessed with getting bungalow #106, which was by far the best one to get because it was on the end & had the best lounge chair setup! It’s easy to use the free kayaks because there’s no waves at the resorts beach. The food and drinks were very good, the Seafood Platter for 2 & the drink for 2 in a coconut were are favorites! The fire dances on Saturday night was entertaining and the singers that came every night for dinner was nice to listen to. The reception will help you book any excursions, rent a car, & a couples massage at their spa! The beaches are on coral, so thankfully we brought water shoes, the coral will hurt your feet. The bed was so uncomfortable & no grocery stores nearby. Must rent a car or hire taxi to go anywhere else. "

"My husband and I stayed for 10 days during May. We were booked in a Deluxe oceanview bure and enjoyed sitting on our porch watching the ocean with a morning coffee or afternoon drink. This resort offers various accomadation options, it is clean and although not the most modern, it had absolutely everything we needed. Staff were great and friendly and if we had any requests or needed anything they were more than happy to assist or advise. I read all the reviews but nowhere did anyone mentioned the amazing aqua marine life we could see at this resort. Low tide corals and high tide snorkling were such a treat and we were so surprised. We enjoyed the food, local community performing and staff entertaining us from morning pool activities to evening dances and "happy hour" quizzes. There are also many other activities and tours you can do from here. Even visit to the local school and community that makes this resort unique in providing a true Fiji love experience. If you dont have a rental, no problem you can either book a transfer to other towns or book a car for the day to go siteseeing on your own. The shop onsite offers colddrinks, bottled water, snacks, icecream and lollies. They also stock a variety of swimwear, clothing, suscreen and even regular first aid supplies. We bought some nice local made gifts from them. We will definitely come back to visit this resort again. Vinaka Hideaway we appreciate you sharing your Fijian culture with us."
