They try very hard to please
Nice, big, clean hotel with spacious, air-conditioned rooms. The staff are very nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast options numerous. The bathroom has a shower and a nice, big bath, and the free toiletries are replenished daily. The room was clean and well appointed with the usual tea and coffee facilities. Internet is available throughout the hotel and is super fast (by Myanmar standards). The common hotel areas (lobby, halls, etc) are not air-conditioned and are quite stuffy (the dining room, however, is nicely air-con'd). And though there are no-smoking signs around, the patrons don't seem to care, leaving some areas smelling very bad. They boast blackout curtains in the rooms but they're not, they're just regular curtains. Overall this is a very nice hotel with staff that try very hard and are very nice. The price is reasonable, though for Myanmar hotels it's a little high for a 3.5 star. I would recommend this hotel but I feel there are better ones in Naypyitaw at this price.

Overall Good Value and Service
We received good service when we checked in late and at checkout. Room service was quick. The location looks away from everything but that is how they built this city. Overall I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Good location for half way point to Mandalay from Yangon.
