The room was lovely, the food at the restaurant was good, especially the breakfast, and the spa in the hotel was excellent too. "This hotel is a complete scam and should not even be in business. They advertise one thing online, but when you arrive the reality is totally different. The building is run down, the elevators don’t work, and the rooms are nothing like the photos. It is unsafe, dirty, and completely misrepresented. On top of that, when I challenged the charges for a stay I never completed, they tried to twist the story and claim I had used the room in full. They provide misleading and false information to cover themselves instead of addressing their terrible conditions and lack of service. This is not just bad hospitality — it’s fraud. They are in the wrong completely, and their so-called “evidence” doesn’t change the fact that this hotel is falsely advertising and deceiving customers. Do not trust them with your money or your personal information."
