"Lovely couple hosts, always happy to help if needed. The spaces are clean, and the modern kitchen is available if you’d like to prepare a meal. The house has a back garden and safe off-street parking, and it was a quiet place to sleep. One small suggestion would be to update the bath towels. Fresh, good-sized towels make a big difference for comfort and give guests that extra feeling of care and quality during their stay. Staff were welcoming, rooms had all the necessary amenities one would need during their stay for comfort and the highlight for me was their extensive breakfast buffet range in a cosy table setting. I would highly recommend The Hotel for anyone wishing to enjoy their time here in Brussels."

"On arrival I was upgraded which was amazing. All the hotel staff were pleasant, friendly and interactive with you. The room was lovely, huge bathroom with a bath and a shower. The breakfast was more than adequate and included, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, sliced fried potatoes, sauces. Fresh fruit juices, yogurt with numerous toppings. Bread selection, smoked salmon, ham, turkey, cheeses, spread cheese, fresh cottage cheese, salad selections, olives etc, fresh fruit, and an amazing coffee machine, oh and pastries. Plus the biggest selection of jams, marmalade, honey, nut spreads etc. Had a very enjoyable stay. We were central in the city and a fair walk to the Grand Place but I would recommend this hotel. Very close to bus links, tram links and the Metro."
