"The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room. They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. The kitchen didn't seem to be fully equiped, and there was no sponge, soap, dishwasher tabs or drying towel. The bedding felt cheap and cold. The cables hanging directly above the bed for the bed lights made it...

"Finding the way from car rental returns was more complex than expected. Signage is not great and we ended up at the wrong hotel - who knew there was another Movenpick just across the road? The hotel fulfilled our basic needs, including dinner in the restaurant. It was much as expected but the air con left a lot to be desired - it was during the recent heatwave. The controls only change + or - 3C from the outside temperature and it was in the mid 30s even late evening. We had a very early flight so cannot comment on breakfast. Getting to the terminal was easy on foot."
