"This hotel is well located near the city center and close to restaurants and malls, shops and pharmacies. Upon my arrival, I was embarrassed because, despite having made the reservation and paid 24 hours in advance, my reservation and payment were not in the bank system. I had been asked to pay to guarantee the stay. However, the next morning it was already in the system and I was refunded the amount paid the day before, and the manager apologized for the inconvenience."

The staff was very friendly and responsive, and they have a very sweet dog (Mango) whose visits made the stay even more "
