I wasn’t able to check-in with them after waiting for an hour for someone to show up at the front desk. The property is supposed to be a 24-hour front desk.
Not only was our experience awful and stressful, and we had to find a new hotel in the middle of nowhere and in the middle of the night (the nearest hotel was an hour away), but our experience with hotels.com and the support staff was even worse and completely unprofessional. Very disappointed with hotels.com
