"I had stayed there before and I liked it so I booked for a further 3 days after I had left for 2 days. To my horror, the day I returned, someone was in the room sleeping I had booked the room one week in advance and they were clueless as to what happened. "On arrival no staff just a pin number sent to access room. On entering i sat on mattress and nearly fell through as its so thin and missing so many springs plus springs went straight into bottom. The tiny light on wall had no bulb in and was rusty and dirty. Room was dirty no wonder it was £30 for a night"
