"Site advertises laundry facilities. There are none. Desk clerk said we could send out to be laundered and MIGHT be back in two days. Also, asked at desk how to turn on HVAC system. Reply always it’s not working. Asked when fixed. Replied next week like who cares. Had to ask someone else for help. At least he provided a fan. Room was hot and stifling without air flow. Paid a high price for a hotel without a working air flow system. "

"Had a really nice 3 night stay here whilst visiting friends in Wurzburg. The hotel is a very typical German country hotel, immaculately clean with nice staff and comfortable rooms and a slight 'furnished in the 70s' feel, but in a nice way.
