"Heerlijk gegeten. Prima bedden. Helaas was de kamer gefaciliteerd met een 2x 1 persoons bed, deze was ook als enige kamer nog te boeken, wij slapen graag in een 2 persoons bed. Alles was goed schoon en zeer vriendelijk personeel.Wij zijn er al vaker geweest en gaan hier zeker nog vaker verblijven."

"Very nice hotel in situated in a small village. Very quiet and nice.
I can’t say anything about the surroundings as I came late in the afternoon and left early next morning (business trip)
I had dinner in the restaurant and had a very nice dinner.
I recommend this hotel and I would come again "

"This place was a beautiful hotel with a great restaurant and super friendly staff. Room was big and beautiful and when i asked to be moved to the first floor for easy access for me and my bike they happily obliged. All around lovely place would highly recommend. "

"Heel centraal gelegen in Papenburg. Zeer vriendelijk personeel die je het gevoel geven alsof je thuis komt. Hele ruime hotelkamer en super schoon. Heerlijke bedden! Voor 2 nachten geboekt maar hadden echt wel langer willen blijven. Ontbijt om je vingers bij af te likken. Enige minpuntje vinden wij dat het erg warm was op de kamer."

"Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops. There is limited parking places, but the parking in front of the hotel is free.
Breakfast was included and was delicious. They had a nice variety of things to choose from (bread, croissant, yogurt, crackers, fruit, etc).
Our room was neat, clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Our kids slept in a separate room with 2 single beds and desk.
Only negative point is drunk and loud people outside our window that kept us...

"Leider war der kommende Lockdown zu spüren. Ich kann mich nich erinnern, wann ich ein ganzen Hotel für mich allein hatte. Deprimierend, aber die Freundlichkeit des Besitzers hat dann wieder Sonnenschein in diesen schönen und idyllisch ruhig gelegenen Landgasthof gebracht. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war ein Erlebnis...... reichlich, es fehlte an nichts. Trotz der herbstlichen Stimmung war es ein schöner Aufenthalt....."

"Good location, very good rooms with incl. breakfast, great value and a great restaurant with local food at modest prices which was a real bonus. Whether using this hotel as a base for local exploration or as an overnight stop this is a real find. "

"My stay at the Arkadenhaus hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the hotel manager. Despite my limited understanding of German, the manager went above and beyond to help me find the places I wanted to visit. Their patience and dedication made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but it was the manager's extra effort that really stood out. I highly recommend the Arkadenhaus for anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive stay."

"At the edge of the shopping and dining area, so it was quiet but close enough to walk everywhere. Bike rentals are at the information center right next to the hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful "
