"We were in suite 117. One of the 2 beds (one on the left) had an old mattress and was uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower was great, but the bathroom sink is not. The control to the water works sideways and when you turn it on, water splatters everywhere on the counter and my clothing. I have stayed here many times in other suites and it’s been great! Overall a nice place to stay. "

"Don't stay ghetto, filthy, old,dirty sheets, bathroom old, found roaches in room. I can go on all day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

"We LOVE staying at this property, but honestly until the double guest room showers are updated we may not return. I am aware there is a queen ADA room, but we cannot stay together in that room as there is only one bed. My mother fell in the shower as there was no non-skid mat in the room. The showers in the double rooms are WAY TOO SMALL and unsafe. It is a miracle that she was not more seriously injured. We did complete an incident report immediately after it happened Saturday afternoon 5/9/2026. It was Mother's Day Weekend, the last thing we needed was for my poor mother to fall in a shower that housekeeping had not equipped properly with what we learned should have had a non-slip shower mat. We also learned only upon completing the incident report that they have shower chairs available to guests. This is sad to learn only after her injury. "

"The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful. However, the walls seem to be very thin and conversations and laughter could be heard from rooms next to yours. Which makes sleeping very difficult."

"Loved the convenient parking and the room was exactly as advertised and very clean. Only thing I didn’t love is the layout of the building/windows for my particular room because I had a room to the left of me whose window looked directly into mine and the room to the right had an extended patio/balcony that gave them direct access to seeing into my room.. not a fan of that since you have these great views of the water but feel weird leaving curtains open and anyone can look right in."

"Hotel was very nice, right across the street from beach access. Room felt clean, bathroom could use some extra cleaning but overall a comfortable stay. Our a/c unit did not work very well, so the room was very muggy/warm by the end of our stay. The unit made a very loud noise when it would kick on so I think it was just a faulty one but that was our only complaint. We had a box fan that helped move air while we slept."

"I highly recommend This Holiday Inn. The staff was extremely personable and friendly. The rooms were immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pillars were outstanding. Our entire stay was extremely pleasant The breakfast was another plus I am a vegetarian and there was plenty on the breakfast bar for me to enjoy. you won’t be disappointed!!!"
