"The property is a 100 year old residence, which has beautiful high decorated ceilings, a large wooden staircase, decorated pillars and cornices. It is really quiet and the staff was super helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, it had everything! "

"Staff friendly and competent. OK breakfast. Diner was fine. We could not quite understand the high rating this hotel got. Forest themed, the decoration was sad, a bit outdated and worn. The mattresses were thin and not particularly comfortable. Our view of the forest was to a rain drenched copse strewn with beer cans and a tissue (I hope unused). Perfectly adequate, but overrated. "

"Recently refurbished. Lovely welcoming staff. Easy parking underground for 9euro. Easy walk into the centre. A range of fairly good eating all within 15mins walk as the hotel only does breakfast…which was fine. Everything exceptionally clean and well presented. The only downside for us was no air conditioning in our room as the weather was exceptionally hot at 34c. An electric fan was provided. "
