The owner was very helpful organising tours , transport and advice . A traditional breakfast was interesting and very good . Rooms were comfortable and clean and showers excellent pressure and hot .

Best cave hotel with nice city and landscape view!
We were stayed at family suite in three nights. We love the caves styles. The room was daily cleaned. Our kids happy to be in cave room. Open buffet breakfast was good! Definitely recommended!

Great location stunning views
Great location terrific views over Goreme. On the edge but only 5 minutes walk to the centre. The staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was warm & cosy.

The view from the balcony is the must for this hotel. The room are clean. The furniture is old in the public livingroom/dining room and also on the bench outside. I suggest some new decoration and bright color coussin to enjoy the public space in the hotel. Not all staff speak english. Breakfast was not what we expect for the price we paid. Bad instant coffee. We rent the most expensive room with the terrasse but this one was public. This information was not clear when we book. What is the point to rent this room if everybody hangout there, specialy lot of people who take photos there. The hotel should not let us think that the terrace is private.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and warm, easy to communicate with, and attentive to our every need. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the city center and other major attractions but removed enough that it was very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious.

Enough and comfortable for 3-4 day trip :)
It was comfortable and good hotel. The location of the hotel was good, just three minutes walking to the Göreme center. It would be better if the towels were changed daily :(

Good but communal balcony
I would have given this a 5 star but we booked a room with a balcony and paid more. When we got there we assumed the balcony was for us, as we paid extra. However, people were always coming out there and were loud and we had to ask them to leave. I finally asked the manager when at night, 4 college kids came out with a bottle of liquor and shot glasses. The manager proceeded to tell me the balcony was for everyone. My husband had already asked them to leave but I can't imagine having to sleep with 4 college kids and a bottle of liquor. Who knows how loud that would have been. If I were to come again I would stay on a lower floor, pay less and the use the balcony when I wanted. Our friend came too and he got a room for $15.00 or so less on a lower floor but had a window with no one hanging outside his room.

Gedik is beyond best!!! Highly recommend this hotel for travellers. The receptionist is really nice and fun, also very helpful with all the trip planning and services.

Amazing experience in Cappadocia
Our stay in gedik cave was amazing, the staff was so friendly and helpful he facilitated all our activities and even arranged a special tour for us, we had a wonderful experience on cappadocia,a big thanks to Karim the receptionist

A perfect holiday destination
The Gedik Cave Hotel offers wonderfully unique cave accommodation in one of the most beautiful and interesting towns I have ever seen. The staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast was excellent (omlettes cooked to order!), Internet was fast, and the price was affordable. I only have good things to say about this place, and I highly recommend it.

Great place and affordable
It was my third time staying in Gedik. We have always enjoyed the place and its location. Walking distance to every main places in Goreme. The staff is super friendly and helpful, specially Kerem. Whenever we go back, we'll stay there again.

The Manager is great!
I only stayed in the hotel for one night and I totally would have loooooved to stay more. The Manager is super kind, caring for his guests and extremely welcoming. He makes you feel at home and he is up to go for the extra mile all the time. Totally would recommend this hotel. Plus, is close to Goreme main plaza, so location is great! Thank you Gedik hotel!

Great stay!
Great stay, the host was very friendly and helpful! He helped us organise shuttle transfers and hot air balloon rides, and also recommended where to hire scooters from. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel close to the town
I stayed ther for 1 night. All staff were really nice. Room was clean and very comfy. The have many power plugs so you can charg your phone, iPad, camera and etc at the same time. They also allowed me to use WC after checked out. Only one thing I don't like there was breakfast. Not too many choices and fruits were not fresh but may be because of winter season.

Great cave hotel in Goreme!
This is a great hotel. The small staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location is great for the town of Goreme and its surrounding attractions.

We booked this hotel for the novelty of sleeping in a cave and the free breakfast Both of these were great as was the location: removed from the Main Street yet close to everything. What was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT was the poor service by the majority of the staff: no smiles, no greeting. The worst was when our white and beige laundry came back a greyish- purple. They didn't attempt to fix it even when asked and asked if these items had been white before and then they wanted to charge us for this "service" when they ruined almost $100 of clothes. Our room was not cleaned every day as advertised even when we specifically asked for it before heading out in the morning. Out garbage can was overflowing, no toilet paper and dirty dishes left in spite of being assured the cleaning lady would be in.

Perfect cave experience
We stayed in the cave suite, what a unique and wonderful experience. I really liked being able to know exactly which room we would have, since I really wanted to stay in a cave room. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and helped us organize our activities and choose hikes. The view was wonderful... We could see the village, the balloons every morning, and a beautiful landscape. It was great to have a cup of tea on the terrace to unwind. The cave was very comfortable and well decorated, it was the perfect experience. The only small detail I didn't like was not having access to a phone in the room. The hotel is at the top of a hill, which was fine with us but if you have mobility issues it may not be for you.

Fantastic
Fantastic view. Owner/manager was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and we even asked for more Gozlemeh for breakfast. Stayed in the one of the cave room. the room was very nice and clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone.

close to city center, clean, very firendly staff however the hotel price is excessive compared to even luxorious hotels in the vicinity. the bathroom shower and sink was problematic, the bed's sprigs were making noise, breakfast is not satisfactory. Again compared to price amenities were not satisfactory.

Сам отель очень приятный. Все очень чистенько. Номера не большие, но ванная комната современная и хороший напор воды. Кровати удобные, но конечно темновато. Но это же пещера. Так и должно быть. Невероятная терасса, с которой открывается вид на шары и собственно говоря это то ради чего едешь в Каппадокию. Это было незабываемо. Рядом была стройка, поэтому было пыльно немного. Завтрак вкусный. Правда непонятно, шары взлетают в 5-30-6-00. И потом ты 2,5 часа ждешь завтра. Было бы классно если бы позавтракать можно было сразу после просмотра как взлетают шары :)
