The staff at the property are exceptional. My friend and I were at the property early and had travelled overnight, the staff gave us a room early and we were able to shower and go about the day. Above and beyond service. The property is exceptionally clean, the breakfast is excellent (best coffee I had in the area), and the spa is truly a gem. This is an upscale hotel even for the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A shout out goes to all the staff from reception to the porter to the breakfast team - everyone went absolve and beyond and it shows. Thank you for an exceptional stay.

One of the most beautiful boutique hotel I have ever ben! very nice building and nice room. If there is one thing they can improve, it is ventilation at the bathroom. a bit smelly.

This is a very pretty hotel but the front desk staff are not very friendly/ welcoming. Also, you’re not allowed to use the hotel pool unless you wear western pool attire. I’m Muslim and wear burkini (modest version of bikini) and the staff at the pool told us we couldn’t be there bc our attire was against the hotel policy. I asked to speak with the manger and the staff member said taht I will be told the same thing and said the manger was not around. With the exception of housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff all other staff came off as super rude. There are other cave hotel around Imperial that are just as pretty and much fair priced I would encourage others to look there and would definitely not recommend this hotel. I will likely not return for any future visits.

Dear Humera;First of all, we apologize for experiencing this issue.However, entering the pool with a textile product that is not suitable for the pool according to the pool rules in the world is generally unacceptable in any hotel. This is completely against health rules. It is necessary to use a fabric that does not produce bacteria. In our hotel, many guests entered the pool with hasema. However, the swimming suit you used was unfortunately leggings and the fabric was the same as the t-shirt fabric.We never discriminate as a Muslim or non-Muslim guest. Likewise, we cannot allow a non-Muslim guest to enter the pool wearing such an attire. Because this is against the rules of health.Once again, many thanks for your constructive feedback and we are looking forward to having the opportunity to welcome you back once again and remain at your service.Kind regards;

The property has a small pool and hamam available. Rooms were nice but I wouldn’t say it’s reflective of the price paid. Disappointed breakfast didn’t have any suçuk option.

Love this hotel. It has a spa and a pool which is nice on days you don't want to explore the city. However, it can be able of an uphill walk to the hotel and it can be tough with the uneven ground and your luggage. Close to Goreme bus station and many other eateries and gift shops. Has free access from their restaurant to the viewpoint of beautiful Capadoccia. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Awesome two days in Cappadocia
Great choice in hotel. I am happy I stayed at this hotel. Semih gave us a great welcome and was able to get us bookings for the fantastic balloon ride next day. We appreciated that so much. Everyone was so kind, generous in spirit and welcoming in every way. We will definitely go back.

Great staff - friendly and flexible, and very welcoming. Very nice spa pool and hammam, restaurant a little restricted (breakfast/brunch only) as it was being re-fitted but that's not a permanent thing. Breakfast/brunch was generous and well-made, and again the kitchen was flexible about preparing off-menu items. Lovely rooms, interesting and unique, and well-equipped. Only downside is the door sealing is not great, letting in a little water during one torrential downpour. Also the nature of the rock in the area means heavy rain also brings down some grit. Something to bear in mind when you stay in a cave. Overall - loved it, and will be back.

The staff is really nice and helpful...The hotel is beautiful at night in particular ...location is great near the Panorama View ideal for seeing Balloons taking off and Sunset- Facilities are great Sauna, pool, restaurant offers really really good food...the only little thing which could be improve is the opening hours for breakfast...08.30 am is too late...from 07.00 or 7.30 would be so much better...Still Highly Recommended :-)

It was very close to the hotel which was convenient but crowded due to so many people and hotels that surrounded it. The staff was extremely helpful and very professional. We had a big group and 2 of our members were booked somewhere else due to the hotel being full weeks prior. They assisted with finding a new hotel much closer and that was also much cleaner than the hotel they booked. I didnt expect the staff to assist since it was our problem not there's but they helped willing and I really appreciate them for that. The restaurant staff was wonderful, everything was clean and I would love to go back to the hotel if i visit again.

Worst customer service, they gave us a room in a hole next to garbage, when demanded our money back they refuse to refund our money, rooms were dirty and if you are traveling with kids stay away from this hotel

Dear Nurettin Keskin and Dear Margarita Yakova Burgos; You made a reservation at our hotel on 18.08.2021 and checked into our hotel on the same day. When you came to our hotel, we welcomed you very kindly. However, when you came to the hotel, you stated that you wanted a room next to each other and unfortunately we informed you that we could not give you a room next to each other because the hotel was full. Then you started shouting at our reception staff. You did not stop there and asked the reception staff, “Did you go to university? I think you should go to university for 4 years more . I think you have never been to other country in your life. "You have insulted our staff saying. Even though we politely invited you to the reception, you continued to insult the reception staff (shut up etc.) among the guests. As we have given information many times when you here, we would like to say again; the guests all over the world write their requests in their reservations when they make a reservation.And you can be sure that all hotels will do their best to please guests by taking these request notes into their reservation account. However, hotels cannot guarantee next to each other rooms for reservations made on the day of check-in because an availability We want you to know that if you have any questions, we are happy to answer them. As you claim,we didn't gave you a room in a hole next to garbage. We have photos of all these rooms, their location and camera recordings including the moment you arrived in our hotel. You told us that your only problem is not having rooms next to each other. We have informed you that it is not possible for us to remove the other hotel guest in the next room to give you the next room. At the same time, your payment has been taken by Expedia. As you know very well, you should request your payment from Expedia, where you have made the payment. The rooms we have given you are specially cleaned and disinfected. You can find our Safe Tourism certificate on Expedia's website. Safe Tourism certificate is given to hotels that fulfill all the conditions related to cleaning and disinfection. We want you to know that if you have any questions, we are happy to answer them. Warm Greetings

Best Hotel @ Cappadocia, Turkey!
One of the best boutique hotels I've ever stayed overseas. Amazing room, fantastic spa area and a great terrace restaurant; not to mention its amazing staff (they can organized all your excursions for you). Highly recommend for families or couples planning to visit Cappadocia, Turkey!

This was an excellent hotel. Everything from the spacious rooms and bathrooms, to the pool, spa, and restaurant, were fantastic. I booked a room for my mother and sister, and another one for my fiancé and I. In a safe location. Walking distance to restaurant and a trail that takes you to the top of the ridge surrounding Cappadocia. Staff was friendly.

I booked and paid for the comfort suite with city view and I'm not sure which room I ended up in but it was not the one I booked. it did not have a city view and it was not nearly comparable to the comfort suite my friend got (there are only two and we each booked one. she got hers and I dont know what I got). otherwise it was a lovely stay.

All staff was very friendly and supportive. Our family enjoyed our stay very much overall. One point we couldn’t enjoy was second day breakfast. Actually, 1st day breakfast was excellent but second day, quality was not as same as first day. Maybe staff was too busy?

Well situated hotel in Göreme with nice views from the terrace. It was recently refurbished and is spotless. The bathrooms are great! Onur at reception was very welcoming and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and view of the city and balloons drifting over in the mornings. Excellent continental breakfast with special egg orders. We would return here if possible.

We stayed in the sauna suite. Overall it was a good standard given that it is a cave hotel made into modern living. Ensuring a mould free bathroom would be miles better. Also a general refurbishment of the bathroom is in need. This property is in close proximity to the viewpoint and is useful for watching hot air balloons at dawn or viewing the sunset over the spectacular landscape in the evening. Expect to pay 6TL pp to access the site unless you're staying at one of the hotels on the slope. Camille deserves a special mention. She has a lovely manner and is very efficient, booking all our trips. The hotel is in close proximity to the town centre; a mere 3 minutes' walk downhill. Longer walking back uphill!

I only have cudos for this place.. But, let's start from the beginning.. From the minute I entered this incredibly beautiful hotel, I knew this will be an amazing experience for me. Their extremely friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to make my stay, its little to say, perfect. The position of the hotel is perfect to visit Goreme Panorama (2-3 minutes of walk), as well as the rest of the city and Goreme Open Air Museum.

Great hotel
Our room was great, the breakfast was a lovely traditional Turkish breakfast every morning, and the hotel was close to the center of town, 5-10 min walk. The only con to the hotel was the WiFi did not connect once. Normally it wouldn’t be a problem but I am an online college student and pick hotels that had WiFi so I could do my schooling at night. The four days I was there, we could not connect at all, I brought it up to the staff multiple times but it seemed like nothing could be done. Other than that it was a great stay. If you need to book at tour while in gorome look for bridge of the world travel.

Quaint and unique...Turkish hospitality is one of the best. The bed was great and the real wood fire was something you don’t have most places.
