"The breakfast buffet was excellent. Fresh hot food and very quick service. The pool seating was comfortable and there was a lot of it given the space. The staff was very friendly. Though I did ask for some refills on shower gel and conditioner that never came. The room was clean though everything felt just a little more used than other properties."

"Overall, we had a good stay thanks to the warm and friendly staff. The location is excellent—very convenient for visiting Universal and the Millenia Mall—and the easy (though paid) parking was a plus. The kids also really enjoyed the swimming pool! However, there were a few areas for improvement. The room cleanliness wasn't quite up to the standard I expected. We also had a recurring issue with towels; despite asking, we never seemed to have the correct number of bath towels and had to request an extra one every single day. Additionally, while the breakfast is functional, the seating area is quite cramped and it can be difficult to find a place to sit. "

"Had a fantastic trip and down to Orlando with my family. It was so much fun. This hotel is very close to downtown and we were able to walk to eat and go to Kia center. Thank you for everything. The staff was very nice and the room was very clean and we had a suite "

"I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at this property. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, there was a persistent odor of smoke and mildew throughout the room. As someone with asthma and allergies, this created a very uncomfortable and unhealthy environment. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The floors, walls, and surfaces were visibly dirty and covered in dust. My fiancé, who has a severe nut allergy, even found an almond on the floor beside the bed, which is a serious health hazard and reflects a complete lack of proper cleaning protocols. Additionally, there were no basic amenities provided—no soap, shampoo, or conditioner. The towels that were available were stained with brown spots, which is both unhygienic and unprofessional. The only items present were a wobbly mini fridge, visibly dirty towels, stained walls, dusty surfaces, and a partially used bottle of mouthwash, which is entirely inappropriate. To make matters worse, there was no staff available on-site to address our concerns during our stay. This lack of support only added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, this property is highly unprofessional and grossly overpriced for the quality provided. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others not to book here. I am requesting a full refund, as the conditions were unacceptable and did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or hospitality."
