Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was neat & clean. Plenty of towels. Bed was very comfortable. Good pillows too. FYI - there is an indoor pool but it is not heated so the water was not warm enough to swim. (Dec 6th & it was 39 degrees overnight). Typical continental breakfast.

Had a great stay and no issues! The staff was very friendly and helpful upon check in. The view of the river is beautiful! This was our second time staying here and I would like to mention the security gate hasn't worked either visit. It's not in the best neighborhood so it made me a bit nervous ...
