Staff was nice. The sleeping area was not bad the problem was the bathroom. Shower was not clean at all. Soap scum all over the glass and bottom of shower. Bourbon Orleans Hotel
Beautiful hotel in a great location! Staff is incredible, very kind and helpful. Our main issue was with the poor water pressure in the shower and the water sometimes took up to 15 minutes to heat up. Otherwise the room was nice, a little outdated but very comfortable and quiet.

My two kids and I got there an hour before check in. The staff was absolutely amazing, front desk and Valet were super helpful. The room was very clean, very nice and the hospitality was perfect.
