"May have just been the one day we decided to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant. After waiting quite a while for it to arrive, the eggs were cold, the biscuit was dry with no offer of jelly, and the bacon was burnt. The waitstaff were lovely but busy and therefore not as attentive as they could've been."

"The hotel felt safe even overnight in the busy French Quarter, and the parking was secure in a valet parking ramp. All the staff were helpful each time we had a question, and helped us make sure everything went well."

"We have stayed here many times, but this was our first time in room 214. It was quiet and very roomy! Loved it! We always enjoy Desi Vega’s restaurant and bar. The parking lot is very convenient, less than one block away."

"This was my 4'th time visiting the French Quarter. I didn't plan on spending much time in my hotel. Because: It's the French Quarter! However, I ended up spending a great deal more time in my hotel than I normally would have, and for all the right reasons. Everyone, from the valet who parked my car, to the receptionist, servers, bartenders, managers - unbelievable level of service. Claire (server in the Roux on Orleans restaurant) was excellent. Ken and Big T from Touchdown Jesus were amazing as well. There was also a bartender at the pool bar who kept me there for a long time because he was so engaging - I regret that I don't remember his name. I own my own bar and have been in the service industry for about 32 years and there's absolutely no one from this hotel that I wouldn't immediately hire on the spot. I hade an amazing experience. Also, I found plenty of time to experience the French Quarter. "
