Great location with nice private courtyard to hang out in. Bed was comfortable. Easy in and out access. Not noisy at all despite it being Jazz Fest weekend and being in the Quarter.

This is a gem nestled in the French Quarter, both Catherine's are super sweet and hardworking, our room was perfect and squeaky clean. We loved staying in the part that's 300 years old. We will definitely be back !!

Don’t keep searching. This is the place to stay!
The Haunter Hotel is amazing. It’s very clean, the decor is great, and the ghosts aren’t that disruptive. If you want a great, quiet place in the middle of everything, this is the place for you. The staff is wonderful and will make sure your stay is memorable.

This was a great hotel. We stayed over Mardi gras and were able to step outside and enjoy the loud party and then come back for a nice tranquil respite in the garden. This is a small boutique hotel and the rooms are in historic building, which is great. The walls are thick and we never heard anything. Best sleep I've had at a hotel in as long as I can remember--which is pretty amazing since it was during Mardi Gras. I was not expecting that. Cristina (I believe) at the front was extremely helpful.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Haunted Hotel! It was quiet, clean and the refurbished rooms were well-equipped. We loved the spooky decor, and thankfully had no ghostly visitors in the night! It's just a block or two from some of the coolest spots in the Quarter, including restaurants, bars and some great shops, as well as an easy walk down to the river. After such a lovely experience with the hotel and its staff, I don't think we'll ever stay anywhere else in NOLA!

The Christine’s were amazing, room and property were perfect, close to EVERYTHING!!! We even found free street parking within 1/2 block. Highly recommend if you’re looking to explore the French quarter any time of year, for any event! The inside stairs will wear on you a little if you forget as much stuff as I did though.

Fun hotel, great location
Fun hotel with a great location. Basic but clean. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. If you scare easy or have kids, you may want to consider a different place. They definitely go all out on the haunted motif, complete with bloody handprints on walls, scary wall murals, and bed sheets printed to look blood stained! We thought it was funny.

The location of this hotel is a 3 minute walk to the French market, 10 minute walk to the St. Louis cathedral, 2 minute walk to the nearest convenience store, and like a 5 minute walk to the main part of bourbon street. It’s a quiet hotel with a cool back story and a really convenient place to walk to everything.

The actual room was fine. No one was on duty to check us in-luckily someone was able to get us in and a key. Gate to property was very hard to open was told to "jiggle" the key. One time it took almost 2 minutes to get in. Parking was very difficult with a public parking lot about 1/2 mile away. Over advertised-no "ghost program" or even "ghost history" of hotel-we saw no ghosts btw. Would never stay there again or recommend a stay there-way over priced for value received.

I loved how close this was to the French Market and the Hop on and Hop off Sightseeing bus tour. The show was hot and the water pressure was awesome. Check-in was easy and was also let us chdck in early since we needed to drop our bags off after getting off our cruise.

Herb was very helpful with recommendations and information! The courtyard was great for having coffee in the morning and hanging out in the evening. The hotel is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, mini marts. Our room didn't have a chest or dresser to store clothes and some hooks in the bathroom would have been nice, but otherwise a great place to stay.

This is a very small ‘family’ style hotel. Amenities are minimal: small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Nice outdoor communal space. VERY friendly, small staff. Easy to walk the French quarter from here. Nice breakfast place next door.

Staff is very friendly, the hotel has been updated and very nice rooms. The hot water in room B 5 takes around 5 minutes to warm up of not longer. The Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms (other guest complained) and neither did our cell phone service. That was a must have for my for work but I managed.. Would I stay there again, no just because of the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi does work in the courtyard, but that is the only place. The convenience of the hotel is perfect.
