"I booked through your site which advertised a two queen room with porch or patio. I arrived and was accomodated in a room with NO porch OR patio. The hotel had the room available BUT the only way we could have it was to pay AGAIN. I tried to call the 800 number but your phone tree was in a terminal ..."
